Total MD is pleased to announce the addition of Jordan Frost, D.C.

Dr. Frost is a Washington native who was born and raised in Longview, WA. He attended Eastern Washington University, where he earned his degree in Exercise Science, building a strong foundation in human movement and overall health. He then went on to attend the University of Western States, where he received his Doctor of Chiropractic degree.

After completing his education, Dr. Frost practiced in Washington for several years, treating a diverse patient population with a wide range of conditions—from acute injuries to chronic pain. His approach focuses on hands-on care, functional movement, and patient education to help improve both short-term relief and long-term outcomes.

Dr. Frost’s primary goal is to get his patients out of pain as quickly and safely as possible while addressing the root cause of their condition. He is passionate about helping patients return to the activities they enjoy most and improving their overall quality of life.

He recently relocated to Florida, where he continues to provide patient-centered care in a welcoming and supportive environment.

Outside of the office, Dr. Frost enjoys spending time with his wife, Mickaela, staying active through sports and weightlifting, and exploring South Florida.
