SMS Consent Communication
The information (phone numbers) obtained as part of the SMS consent process will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
Types of SMS Communications
If you have consented to receive text messages from Total MD, you may receive messages related to (examples):
- Application status updates
- Interview scheduling, confirmations, and reminders
- Virtual meeting links or office directions
- Document requests (e.g., licenses, certifications, I-9 support)
- Background check or onboarding updates
- First-day instructions and orientation reminders
Example: “Hello Candidate, this is Total MD confirming your interview with Jane Smith, Hiring Manager on 01/01/2025 at 10:00am at 2700 W Cypress Creek Rd Suite C100 Fort Lauderdale, FL 33309. Reply CONFIRM to confirm or RESCHEDULE for options. Reply STOP to opt out.”
Message Frequency
Message frequency may vary. You may receive up to 3 SMS messages per week regarding your application, interviews, or onboarding.
Potential Fees
Standard message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. International messaging fees may vary.
Opt-In Methods
You may opt in to receive SMS messages from Total MD in the following ways:
- Verbally consenting during a conversation with HR (documented by HR)
Opt-Out Method
You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. You may also contact us at careers@thetotalmd.com to request removal from SMS communications. Opting out of SMS will not affect your ability to apply; we will continue via email/phone.
