Background
Milagros Valles, PA-C, earned her Bachelor of Environmental Sciences from Broward College in Davie, Florida, and her Master of Clinical Medical Science from Barry University in Miami Shores. She is nationally certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA).
Originally from Argentina and raised in the Midwest, Milagros relocated to South Florida in 2017. Since joining TotalMD, she has provided compassionate, patient-centered care, earning the trust of her patients through her dedication, clinical expertise, and commitment to helping individuals achieve better health outcomes.
Milagros has always had a passion for orthopedic medicine and is excited to be working alongside Dr. H. Gregory Bach in providing comprehensive orthopedic care. She is committed to helping patients reduce pain, restore function, and return to the activities they enjoy most. Her approach to care emphasizes listening, patient education, and developing individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s needs and goals.
Bilingual and fluent in both English and Spanish, Milagros values building meaningful relationships with patients from diverse backgrounds and ensuring they feel informed, supported, and confident throughout their treatment journey.
Outside of work, Milagros enjoys watching sports, traveling, baking sourdough, and staying active.
